Prophetic words from the Lord create a space for us to occupy. Prophecy cuts through the tall weeds of doubt, fear, defeat and so forth to make a fresh lot for us to step into and inhabit. Essentially, the prophetic has a way of mowing down a plot of new territory for us to live in. When prophecy comes to us, particularly words from the Lord that are to a church as a whole more than to an individual, it grants us the opportunity to believe for something, as a unit, that we may not have believed for before. Prophecy does the same thing for an individual or family but is even more interesting to observe and pray into when it involves a specific house of the Lord. The reason for this is that you can begin to see individuals, those whose faith is stirred and who believe the word, connect with others in the Body to see the prophetic word brought to pass. In March my wife and I, along with our friends Cynthia and Maria, spent a weekend in the Elijah Cabin on the Morningstar Ministries property in North Carolina. While we were there we found several books and teaching CDs for sale. One of them was a Healing Conference set of DVDs from Morningstar Ministries. During one of the teachings prophet Bob Jones, who was still alive at the time, was asked to come onstage with Rick Joyner and share the word he received from God about 100 Hundred Years. The minute he began to speak, God's signature language was heard and received in my spirit. It was absolutely from the Father's Heart. Here is the outline of what God gave Mr. Jones for the previous years and those to come: 1950 The Power of God: "During this time God demonstrated his power through men like William Branham, Oral Roberts, A.A. Two years ago the Lord began to speak to us about moving to Alaska. The focus for us moving there would be to minister, particularly to the native people, all over Baranof Island and beyond. The Lord spoke to us specifically about the City of Sitka. Since that time we have prayed, almost daily, into the purposes and plans of God for the people there. He has spoken to us through visions, license plates, His Voice, movies, signs, and people that we've randomly bumped into. We have had prophets in the Body of Christ, especially our best friend Cynthia Branham, prophesy over us often concerning this wondrous place. Bethany actually traveled to Alaska some 20 years ago this summer to minister through the Teen Mania organization. I have never been to Alaska but in my whole 20 years of being a believer the Lord has only spoken to me about the president as much as He has spoken to me about this place! When I draw its all about colors and their relationship with (harmony) and to (juxtaposition) each other. When I paint, though, it's all about light and how light reflects, refracts and illuminates. For instance, this piece, "Deep Unto Deep" is one of my favorites. It is currently in our living room and I find myself staring into it regularly. In this photograph much of the color that I used in it can be easily seen. In daylight you can see the variations of black, prussian, violet and burgundy. But in our living room these colors are hidden within the low light. There is also a gold edge around the piece that I am very glad I decided to include. One of the ideas behind this piece is that I wanted to hint towards heat signatures. I wanted to create a piece where you, as the viewer, were not sure if the bright core is concave or convex or simply flat. I don't know if you have ever felt this way but at times in my life certain things have happened which made me feel as if I have very little faith. There are moments where I have felt as if I was being tossed back and forth like a boat pitching in the middle of a hurricane on the high seas. Each time I have felt this way, I have had my eyes on the storm of circumstances around me, at the seemingly endless onslaught of water pouring into my vessel, seeking to overwhelm me and fill me with fear, doubt, confusion, and most of all like I am sinking further into despair. But God in His patient way would simply lift my head, much like a father does to a small child, until I am face to face, looking straight into His eyes, my own eyes fixed on Him and then He reminds me that He is always with me. God has made Himself so accessible we have no excuse for not interacting with Him. Here are just twelve reasons why this is true. 1. The Bible is the most sold book in the world. The entire Bible has been translated into over 600 languages and is accessible at local stores including Walmart, the Dollar Tree and Dollar General. The Bible can be found for under a dollar. The Bible carries 66 books in it and is the foundation for our understanding of who the One and true God is. 2. The heavens declare the glory of God (Psalm 19). The sky itself communicates, day and night, that God exists. The amazing thing about this is that the Bible itself states that the "heavens" do this without using words or a particular language. 3. Mankind is made in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26). This means that we look like God. Every man, woman and child has God's imprint on them. We share in His DNA. See What I’m Saying? Whenever we are presented with an image our eyes and mind automatically try to make sense of it. This happens naturally and it happens because of the way our minds have been trained. When we view a painting the first thing we want to ask is, “What is it?” or “What does this mean?” Somewhere in our life someone may have directed our attention to the sky and said, “See that sail boat in the ocean?” or “That looks just like a dinosaur”. There are times, though, when it would be good to have friends who simply say, “This really speaks to me. What do you see when you look at it?” This is an invitation to engage one another and an invitation to perceive the world around us differently. Originally written on November 12th, 2016 After watching Arrival a few thoughts flooded my mind that I have been ruminating through for the past eight hours. How does God view time? The fact that our dreaming is one of the primary ways in which God speaks to us is profound. Oracles of the Lord are often caught in this place between humanity and divinity. Do they know what they are speaking or writing when they do? Was Isaiah aware that Cyrus had not even been born? In fact, God’s people had not yet been oppressed by Babylon when he prophesied that as king Cyrus would deliver them from said bondage? The Lord speaks within the confines of our time. He is not only standing at the beginning of our time and the end of it, He IS the beginning and end of it. He is already where I am going and stands before where I have been. The spirit of wisdom and revelation described in Ephesians 1:17 is an anointing that points us towards knowing Jesus. The anointing of wisdom and revelation is sometimes symbolized as an owl and a hawk together. Here are a few reasons why: Day and Night The hawk hunts during the day. This speaks of illumination that is far reaching. They have prophetic insight. The owl hunts at night. It searches out the deep things of God and understands riddles and dark sayings. It unravels problems. It shines a light on things concealed and brings wisdom to them.  Sight The hawk has incredible vision and can see its prey up to two miles away. This speaks of the hawks ability to perceive future events. The owl can see in the dark. It's perspective is most useful concerning hidden and concealed things, even more so than distant or futuristic things. The hawk sees far away. The owl sees deeply. PRAYER OF TRANSFORMATION Lord Jesus, You will be hallowed in us! Cleanse us with clean water from any and all filthiness and from every single idol; anything that eclipses our love for You Jesus. Father of Glory, give us new hearts and put a fresh and new anointing within us. Father, give us a heart of flesh and not of stone. Place Your Holy Spirit upon us permanently for Your purposes. Andrew and Bethany Hill are a prophetic husband and wife ministry team. The overshadowing Presence of God is our home! From this incredible place we will make true the Holy Ghost's saying, "It is impossible to dwell in the Heart of the Father and not be overshadowed with creative power." There is coming a division of artistic works that are expressed from our souls and that which is of the Spirit! We will be filled with the Ghost again and live life aligned with His movements. The spirit of wisdom and revelation is teaching us how to create sacred atmosphere through waiting on the Lord. This anointing will draw the activity of Heaven into every gathering. The Father of Glory will begin to release revelatory knowledge into the room. Our sensitivity to the Lord is about to sky-rocket. We will follow the Lamb wherever He goes. As worshipers we are going to place the Father's fancies at the forefront of our lives! We will KNOW, without any shadow of doubt, that worship begins in the secret place. Psalm 91:1 says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty". You are about to view your life through the lens of eternity. God is enabling His people to see their lives from a larger perspective; His high vantage point! Many in the Body of Christ are about to be impacted by how much the Lord loves you; He has good thoughts towards you. These thoughts contain your hope and future. We will soon behold His visage as Moses did (Hebrews 11:27) and be enabled to persevere. Many are being chosen now in establishing the next generation in knowing His heart! The spirit of prophecy is about to increase in the land! Vast streams of revelation are currently pouring out into every man, woman and child. We, as the Church, are going to begin to minister from the uncompromising perspective of internal dawn (Isaiah 8:20). I proclaim that we are going to begin to diagnosis the heart and condition of man because of our knowledge of the Father's Heart. This year the spirit of wisdom and revelation will be released upon the people of God like never before. Ephesians 1:17 tells us all about this "breath" and anointing of God. in this verse Paul prayed, "that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him". The New International Version actually closes this verse saying, "...so that you will know him better." There are great wells of revelatory knowledge hidden in Christ. He wants not only to unveil these mysterious places in Himself; He wants you to walk in these revelations continually. God, more than anything, wants us to abide in His Son Jesus! This habitation will bring about perpetual revelation. Such revelation flows like a river and with it comes blessing that will surprise us. The Spirit will train us this year to hear, see and perceive the Presence of the Living God as never before this year and beyond. I...
